Can I bring my dog to the Race?
For the safety of our participants, pets are discouraged from participating in this event.  Thank you for your cooperation.


Can I bring my Bike/Roller Blades/Stroller to the event?
For the safety of our participants Bikes/Inline Skates/Strollers are discouraged from being a part of this event.  Thank you for your cooperation.


Where can I register? 
You can register online today!  On line registration will close at 5PM, Friday, September 19th, 2014. 
You can register at the Connell Lofts, 131 N. Washington Ave., Scranton on Wednesday, September 17th from 12 Noon-7pm; Thursday, September 18th from 12 noon-7pm and Friday, September 19th from 11am-5pm.
You can register the morning of the Race from 6:30am registration will remain open throughout the event.

             Go Green-Go Online and receive a $3.00 discount when you register online.

Where do I pick up my Race T-Shirt?  
The Connell Lofts, 131 N. Washington Ave., Scranton - Wednesday, September 17th from Noon-7pm; Thursday, September 18th from Noon-7pm & Friday, September 19th from 11am-5pm. 

Will there be parking available on Race day?

Is there a Rain Date for the Race?
The Race will occur Rain or Shine.  We reserve the right to cancel in extreme circumstances.  In that, there will be no refunds, rather your entry fee will be used as a donation to the Komen NEPA Race for the Cure®


How much is it to participate in the Race?
In the Pink: $60.00 Includes - Race Entry, Race T-shirt - Bib & Gift Item.
Race Entry Fee: $35.00 "Discount Online"

Sleep in for the Cure: $35.00 Includes-Race entry, Race T-Shirt "Discount Online"
Seniors 65 and older: $15.00
Students 14-19years old: $20.00
Children up to 13 years old and under: $8.00 (T-shirts to the first 700)  

Timing Chip - $5.00 (5K TIMED RUNNERS ONLY).


What is Sleep In for the Cure?
Can’t make it to the Race? Would you rather sleep in on Saturday morning? If you’ll be out of town on Race day, have a night job, need your beauty sleep, or just don’t want to drive to Scranton, then you can snooze your way to finding a cure by registering to Sleep In for the Cure®! When you register to Sleep In for the Cure®, you’ll receive a Race t-shirt.


Will my Sleep In for the Cure Packet be sent to my house?
No!  Sleep In for the Cure packets can be picked up at the Connell Loft, 131 N. Washington Ave., Scranton on Wednesday, Thursday or Friday. 


How do I form a Team?

Are there special rates at local hotels the weekend of the Race?
The Hilton Hotel, 100 Adams Avenue, has a block of rooms set aside for Race participants on both Friday, September 19th and Saturday, September 20th at the rate of $119.00/night.

How can I take part in the Survivor Breakfast?
If you would like to be recognized as a survivor the morning of the Race, please indicate that you are a survivor on your Race Registration.
